Thread: Private Dining in Denver, CO?

Looking at getting into the restaurant business in Denver. I haven't heard of any private dining restaurants in town so thought that it might be a interesting venture. Anyone part of any such clubs? What have been some of your private dining experiences?

In the very early stages of this concept.

As someone who runs large restaurant groups in NYC, I must say, I can't fathom how that idea would succeed. People go out to go out, not feel like they are in their own dining room....you are basically eliminating a very important (second most) element out of the whole dining OUT experience. You would be better off doing the opposite...cooking IN the persons house....
