pizzeria bianco in phoenix is generally acknowledged as the best pizza in the country. it is very thin crust italian-style. my friend went 2 weeks ago and he had to wait for 2 hours to get in.

pizzeria mozza (la) is the best i've had. excellent thin good-flavored, nicely-charred crust, with a red sauce to die for.

pizetta 211 (sf) is probably the best in the bay area. very very thin crust, nice simple sparse toppings.

gialina (sf) is a very close second. crust is a little thicker but the toppings are full of great flavor.

Although tasty, pizza should be thin crusted, light, and have simple toppings, just like the Italian's did it (because they had no money).

With that being said, I bet Chicago style with a beer is good while watching Monday Night Football, hu?
