It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

Ginos(Pizza 480 Plandome Rd Manhasset NY 11030) they have the biggest selection and great pizza
also
L&B Spumoni Gardens(2725 86th St.Brooklyn, NY 11223) has the best sicilian i ever tried..their lines go a whole block sometimes

You saved the thread I was about to start rippin into people from NY for not mentioning L&B Spumoni Gardens.... spent many weekend nights there .. stopping in on the way to NYC to party.. best most unique Sicilian slice available
Goodfellas in Staten Island is really goos as well

Apparently Hartford, CT says they are the home to the best pizza outside of Italy...
