Hi-Life is really dark inside ."the lighting".......
too dark for me I like to see my food.....

Went to Forbes Mill Steakhouse in LG recently, not too shabby. Went to LB Steak at Santana Row last night, I had a burger but others had steak and fish that looked pretty tasty.

I'll try LB Steak at the Row. That way we can have drinks afterwards.

SpecB had randomly walked in on our group and decided to crash our dinner and order himself a burger. I had their Exotic Burger which was heavenly. There are some pics of it in the West section.

So went to LB Steak last night!

Not bad! Ambiance was good and dinner was excellent! Priced decently. We tried the Filet Mignon and the Scallop special. I was impressed that the scallop was cooked perfectly! This is one seafood that many restaurants don't know how to prepare.

I love love love forbes mill. Such a great little area. I took my clients there back in the day.

Tasty food, and they carry our favorite prosecco but it was way busier that night than the wait/bus staff could handle so it detracted a bit from the experience. Fairly good time nonetheless

If you're willing to travel a bit, I would recommend Alexander's in Cupertino. I've been to a lot of great steakhouses, but Alexander's trumps them all (by quite a bit IMO).
