Tony Lukes is my favorite of the touristy joints. Way better than Pats or Genos. Delassandro's is a place I haven't been too yet but hear is incredible. My favorite is out in the burbs though. Called Lou's in Norristown (25min or so from Center City Philly). Grew up on those so I'm a little biased

i was lucky enough to be in philly last week, friday at 11 i was at mamma's ordering a cheesesteak with sweet peppers and onions! my mouth is watering just talking about it!
