    Default best burger in the US - minetta tavern (NYC)

    had the "black label burger", cooked med rare, the other night - wow. wow. wow. incredible dry-aged beefy flavor (not many people get this part right.)

    it's the real deal and there's none better. try it if you can.


    (2nd place would be the 4505 burger available at the Thurs afternoon Farmer's Market in San Francisco.)

    If you want a quick burger I'd choose In-n-out any day. A better sit down place is 25 degrees in Hollywood.
