I had the pleasure of experiencing Prime 112 last time I was in Miami, I'm convinced they can do no wrong. And reasonably priced in my mind (considering you're going into it with the right frame of mind)

There is a place in Orlando, FL called Redrock Canyon Grill. They have a Prime Rib burger. It's a burger with thin sliced prime rib, horseradish sauce, grilled onions, and swiss on top of it. Delicious

Portillo's in Chicago has one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.
