Default Bouchon Beverly Hills is Open

I didn't get to go to the Grand Opening party , but I did get to have a little look around . It's a very nice looking place, pretty big too. I hope to sample some of the food soon.

If you like seafood, I heard this is pretty good, & a decent value too.

    Grand Plateau
    1 lobster, 16 oysters, 8 shrimp,
8 clams, 9 mussels, seasonal crab,
    special selection
    $110.00

Bouchon in Vegas is horrible. I couldn't believe Keller stuck his name on it.

    Turbonium inside.

I shoot with the green symbol. I MUST be good.
