    supposedly the place i visited last year is still not top tier. i've got 2 more places that will trump it. dates set/plane booked/hotel reserved/reservation made - as long as a piano does not fall out of a window and hit me on the way.

    Try to taste some of that very specific tail section meat also, I would love to know your thoughts on that versus belly/collar meat.
