Thread: The Bazzar By Jose Andres

Was taken there by a great friend over the weekend, The Bazzar resides in Beverly Hills in the SLS Hotel and it is def an incredible experience. The food is served as tapas or small portions that are shared, We tried the Chefs tasting menu, a few very good stuff and then one or 2 very interesting stuff like the olive..... that are in the 4 spoons in image below. It is a certaib way of modern cooking but it all went right over my head. Quite an experience none the less.

Did you try the Jamon Iberico de Bellota? That's got to be the best thing on the menu, btw, it's Mike from Skybar. Was nice meeting you.
