Decided to do Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons:
BOURBON STEAK Washington DC - Washington DC Steakhouse - Washington DC bar and lounge
Looks really good, and was ranked #16 from the Washingtonion Top 100 list (Washingtonian Magazine - Dining and Restaurants, Shopping, Politics, Entertainment, Nightlife, Real Estate, News and Events in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia)
Anybody been?

Just got back from Bourbon, have to say, was thoroughly impressed! Probably up there right next to BLT Steak. Ended up doing a variety of dishes, including the Wyagu. I'll post pics and what not later this week, but definitely two thumbs up (really loved the atmosphere of the place - as well as the girls
).
