    Default Aurora - (Dallas) - Very Intimate Dinner

    My wife and I had the privilege of having a private dinner at Aurora. The chef gave us full access to the kitchen and put us to work. It was an incredible experience to share space with a chef with over 25 yrs experience.

    We enjoyed Farm Egg Custard Wild Mushroom Ragout and Maple Syrup Cream for an appetizer...



    This was followed by a Grilled Cheese & Heirloom Tomato consomme with avocado dollop.



    The next course was a pan-seared Artichoke with ricotta ravioli.




    The main course was encrusted rack of lamb which I ate so fast I forgot to take a picture. It was good though.
