    Default Chicago: Favourite Pizza/Italian food

    A couple years back I studied in Italy for a semester and found that to be the best time of my life. Every Wednesday we would play soccer on tennis courts with small nets (Calcetto) and afterwards get a personal pizza and a liter of beer for something like 8 euro. The pizza was great and ever since then I've been craving it.

    So I found a place that serves the authentic Italian style pizza that droops in the middle and is so thin that it can be eaten by a single person. It is called Spacca Napoli and is located in Ravenswood. Please do yourself a favor and check this place out, it is delicious.

    hmm.. what do you all think of Nancy's?

    I think their BBQ chicken is the best in Chicago. especially stuffed. well I always get it stuffed. wait I have got it thin before too, it was also very good. ask for extra BBQ sauce, 4TW.

    Giordano's Pizza. Best Chi Town pizza hands down

    I order them about 3 times a month since I am not fortunate enough to be in in Chicago.

    Go find a Harold's Chicken Shack...find one where you are afraid to leave your car alone for more than 2 minutes and one where they have bulletproof glass for the counter. that bulletproof glass holds in the chicken flavors. get either wings or 1/2 chicken (dark, white or mixed) but most importantly get the gizzards or giblets. and ask for both hot and mild sauce.
