Thread: Momofuku Milk Bar

Adjacent to Ssam, I recently read about an intriguing dessert item at Milk Bar: cereal milk softserve. The menu plays whimsically to pastry chef Tosi's mood, so at the moment they have donut-flavored softserve, but man oh man I'd love to try some of that cereal milk softserve.

their soft server flavors are awesome - especially the cereal milk & root beer float (i LOVE root beer.)

the cookies and pies are way too sweet - feels like your teeth might fall out.

they also have the infamous pork buns but they weren't up to the level when i was there.

Interesting about the pork buns; I've read the same and although prepared in the same kitchen, some have cried foul of heavy-handed hoisin sauce (how's that for alliteration).
