Noodles is one of my favorite asian restaurants in Las Vegas, not only because the food is 100% authentic, but because it's open late (2am), and convientenly located next to the hooker bar and poker room at the Bellagio

I eat here every time in Vegas, and have heard my friends from HK comment that the food is almost identical to the cuisine served in Hong Kong. This place is relatively pricy for asian cuisine, but on par ($ wise) with the other dining establishments at the B.

Picture 1: preserved egg and pork confit congee (porriage), roast duck (no bones)
Picture 2: Chinese donut, usually eaten with congee or soup

A few other dishes I recommend (but not pictured): Oxtail soup, shark fin soup, cantonese lobster dish, dungie crab, roast suckling pig.

There are a few dishes 'off menu' that you can order, if you dare... These dishes include:

-fertilized duck egg (WARNING, not for the squeamish http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balut_(egg) )
-geoduck clams (not that gross, but uncommon)
-fermented fried fish

+1 I always get noodles when I'm in Vegas.

I'm gonna have to try out this place next time I'm out there.

Love noodles. One of the better Chinese places on the strip.

Try a couple restaurants on Spring Mountain Rd. next time! I'm sure you won't be disappointed at the food, or the price

Oh I had many drunken night feasts in that place. Love it.

hands down one of my favorite places to eat, when in vegas.
