Thread: Spindini Memphis

I doubt many of you guys make it to Memphis, but if you do Spindini is a must. It's owned by Jude Grisanti whose family has an amazing reputation in Memphis dining.

The name Spindini comes from the way many of the entrees are prepared over an open flame. So far I've had the brick oven chicken and the chicken parmigiana with the pesto cream sauce instead of the red. And they were both amazing.
