Playa Del Carmen. Any of the RIU resorts is a safe bet. If you are looking for a fun time allowing the kids to enjoy the resort as well I would Recommend the RIU Tequila. Lots of kids activities as well as some for the adults. Plus their shows each night are the best out of the other resorts.
It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

I vacation yearly in Puerta Aventuras. Nice little town with a few stores, restaurants and swim with the dolphins in the center lagoon. Rent a condo or house and make sure you get a cook. It will be the best food you have ever had. Google house for rent in Puerta and you will find a nice selection.
You can also go a little further south to Akumal. Absolutely beautiful beaches and very laid back
