Default Anyone stayed at the Grand Wailea on Maui??

Greetings everyone. I'm staying at the Grand Wailea this coming April, and was wondering if anyone who's been there before could provide some feedback about how nice the resort is as well as what to do both on and off-site?
When I'm not here, I'm slinging IT infrastructure or gone golfing

It's where practically everyone I know stays, and they all rave about it.

I have stayed next door at the four seasons, and I have ventured over there for lunch it is really impressive and beautiful. It does seem much more family oriented there than where I stay but I just love four seasons resorts.

MTK, MexicoBlue & FASTLANE, thanks for the responses! Wifey & I are going there for a week, and it's our first time to Maui (been to Oahu & Big Island previously). Wondering what there is to do offsite?

We stay in Wailea every year and always at the Fairmont Kea Lani.. The rooms are great and huge, 820 sq ft two room suites. Nice huge bathroom as well. The rooms at Grand Wailea are much smaller i believe when we went to see them. The Kea Lani has nice pool area for kids but the Grand does have better kids area. The Grand has a world class spa!

The island is hurting so deals can be made everywhere. The spa at Grand was offering two for one specials on treatments which they never had before.

I agree with what everybody else has been saying. Grand Wailea is top notch. Especially great for families, but they really have something for everybody. You will have a blast!

Concur -- Four Seasons, as noted, is also very nice.
