PREVENTION OF NEVER ENDING DEBATES
In order to prevent the sparking of never ending debates; the discussion of
politics and religion is not encouraged and will be removed.
BEHAVIOR & RESPECT
Luxury4Play is the place to be, where every member should feel comfortable
to be themselves, however respect should be given to each member. Follow the
childhood rule we’ve all heard, treat people the way you’d like
to be treated. Also be sure to treat our female members with respect, this
needs to be specifically emphasized that any disrespectful actions will not
be looked upon lightly and will result in a stern warning following a ban if
behavior persists.
POST!
In the end we are all enthusiasts, therefore the things you find interesting
there are sure to be members that will find that information interesting as
well, so feel free to post. Do not feel intimidated to contribute useful and
interesting things.

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS
Everyone has been new to a place at one point or another, therefore it’s
important to make each member feel comfortable and welcome them to our community.
Many of the older members are a wealth of knowledge and have a significant
amount of information to share. It is vital that we all help the new members
learn about the forum and how to find information, as well as getting them
involved with Luxury4Play.
RESPECTFULLY AGREE TO DISAGREE?
We encourage the exchange of information and opinions, disagreements are inevitable,
however it is important to do it the right way. Respect should be given regardless
of the disagreement. Name calling, insults, flaming, bashing, any attacks what
so ever are not appropriate and will not be tolerated, bans will be given.
ATTACKS
No matter the reason, harassment, bashing, name calling, flaming, attacks;
absolutely any type of disrespect is not tolerated. We encourage discussions
and inevitably there will be disagreements, however, by all means there should
be no reason to attack or harass another member. BEFORE you post a message
that is intended to embarrass, humiliate or harass another person or group
of people, stop and THINK first! Harassing communications are considered to
be those that may cause distress, embarrassment, unwanted attention or other
discomfort. This includes posting of others private/personal information with
the intent of harassing them. It will not be tolerated!
DISCUSSIONS WITH SPONSORS
Sponsors will be posting messages and replies on the board, they are encouraged
to be a part of the community just like any other member. From time to time
it is possible that members will have an issue with a sponsor pertaining a
product, shipping, pricing, communication, et cetera. It is vital that all
members and sponsors to understand that the discussion of the situation beyond
the issue at hand will not benefit either party.
Any harassment, disrespect, bashing (See ATTACKS) will not be tolerated. It
is highly recommended that both parties communication via private means (private
messages, emails, telephone, etc). It is also important that it be known, both
sponsors and members have the rights and freedoms to have their own viewpoints
and opinions, as long as discussions are constructive, beneficial, and professional,
there will be no issues.
NON-SUPPORTING VENDORS
Non-supporting vendors are welcome to participating in discussions on Luxury4Play
and use all of our features. However we must ask all non supporting members
(that includes agents, dealers, staff, shops) to not advertise or promote any
companies, products, or services in any way. Text, logos, images, links, or
any other ways to advertise, promote, or obtain possible business while on
Luxury4Play will not be allowed. This includes, messages, profile signatures,
or any other possible forms of communication. If you would like to become a
sponsor feel free to contact any moderator or admin and they will direct you
to the proper individuals.
LETS KEEP IT CLEAN
The main forums of Luxury4Play (and Off Topic & Platinum Section), we
emphasize the use of respectful and appropriate language. Absolutely no obscene
or vulgar acts, language, images, will be tolerated. Thread titles, posts,
avatars, signatures that contain questionable material will not be tolerated
and will be moved or deleted without notice, a warning thereafter will be issued.
QUALITY, NOT QUANTITY?
Posts should have quality information, entertainment, or advice, useless posts
that waste server resources or do nothing for the community will be pruned
at the discretion of the administrative staff. Repeated posting of useless
material or material that is degradating of community will lead to a ban.
AVATARS AND SIGNATURES
Avatars should be unique and a way to display who you are, however, rules
regarding proper material still apply, inappropriate images or language in
avatars or signatures will lead to a warning and if behavior persists a ban.
Signatures should not have links to non supporting vendors, personal web links
are allowed.
IMAGES AND LINKING
Before you make a link to a picture on another website, make sure you have
received that websites permission to use their bandwidth or make sure you have
allocated enough bandwidth on your own site to absorb the cost of high hosting
fees from excessive usage. The last thing we want is to have the owner of the
image or link change it to something other than the intended purpose. Users
will be held liable for any images or link that points to material that is
unsuitable for our community.
LANGUAGE
We are not striving for graduate level writing, but the ability to string
a few words together to form a complete thought is definitely required. If
you have a hard time typing out a full word without finding the need to abbreviate
it with some cryptic form of internet variation, our other users will have
a hard time understanding you. We encourage participation in the forum and
as such, we encourage the use of proper spelling, grammar and cohesive thought.
FOR SALE POST MINIMUM
In order to post in any of the classifieds section you must have a minimum
of 20 posts; failure to comply with this rule will result in a warning or ban.
If you are a business, you must be a sponsor to post in the classifieds section.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT
Luxury4Play reserves the right to remove any post that does not relate to
the topic being discussed or is considered inappropriate on the board. In addition,
we reserve the right to organize message boards (or folders) in order to best
serve the majority of our members. For example, narrow-interest or minimal
activity topics may, at our discretion, be relocated to a more appropriate
forum, or deleted entirely. We also reserve the right to prohibit or delete
messages that are thought to violate applicable law or that may be harmful
to other members, or the rights of Luxury4Play or others. With that said, we
do not have the practical ability to restrict conduct or communications that
might violate our rules. Nor can we ensure prompt removal of offending message
board posts. We also reserve the right to remove your membership should you
violate its rules or should we deem necessary. Any decision to ban a member
for abuse of any of these rules, or for whatever reason, will be made by the
administrator team.
