My new place at The Ritz-Carlton Residences
I'm going through the last week of Escrow for my new place. I took these pictures with my agents in them to get a better perspective for purchasing large furnitures.
World's shortest fairy tale... Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?' The girl said, 'NO!' And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and went fishing and hunting and played golf a lot and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up....

Congrats! Used to work in the Wedbush building at the lower left of the pic. I watched your building be built out my office window.

It's funny you mentioned that, I actually landed on the helipad a few months ago. My Throttle light came on and below me was the nearest helipad. So I landed. 4 hours later after talking to FAA officials, took a tour of the building and fell in love, the rest is history.

I'm on the 46th floor and that floor sqft is a lot bigger due to the unique design of the building. If I'm not mistaken, It's an added 415 sqft to a combined total of 12,150 sqft. I also purchased the property next to mine to expand out more. Originally Posted by rossii
