Not sure if you passed or not yet, but good luck. If you are still having trouble passing, you might want to contact the RE school that you went to and ask them for support. The class I took here in VA allowed you to retake the class for free if you couldn't pass the federal/state exam. They also had a crash course available after taking the initial classes, that was also free.

Get the practice exam book and take the practice exams over and over again until you memorize them. The questions don't vary much from test to test. Stay the course and finish what you started...many successful agents/brokers failed before succeeding. Good luck.

Hi Hov.., I hope you will definitely pass the test! I would like to give you some tips to pass the exam. I hope this may helpful to you. I wish you all good luck!
1. Focus on your studies, take practice exams to see where your weaknesses are and concentrate on improving those areas.
2. Find others that are preparing for the same exam and work together.
3. Make sure you are well rested on the day of your test. Do not go into the test hungry and tired.
4. Pay attention to the details seems rather obvious, but it is easy to overlook the details when you are nervous, do not leave spaces blank. If you take a guess at least you have a chance at a right answer.

I do agree with @danielgiibs. He is absolutely right that, first you should practice tests a few more times and do study well.

Passed the first time... what you need to do is take a crash course before your test from Kaplan or one of the test prep centers in your area and you are guaranteed to pass!
