Well your best bet would be to construct air tight danger rooms in your home. Doing a whole house would be extremely expensive and difficult. Not even sure how possible it is.

the best way to do it is to force air out. you'll need a lot of powerful filtration.
but then, what are you going to do with the bombs fall?

Modern construction techniques would make it virtually impossible. Your house has tiny cracks everywhere. When you see bugs in your house, think how they got there.
Duct tape and a closet are the best bet (along with a mask). You need an interior area with no windows or ventilation. Tape everything. Here's a Red Cross brochure with advice:

You've got, depending on size, several hours to days worth of air. You will suffocate before you need to worry about food or water, most likely. This is basically only a temporary solution.
