doesnt look like anything to special to me yea its big. im guessin for 115mill you get a nice view of the water and a bridge??? doesnt look like you got a yard or anything.

I'd be REALLY interested on what this will actually sell for. Cool house and cool history but it's under a bridge, small garage, wasted space inside the house and on a dirty river.
