    I love the exterior. The interior looks like room after room that would serve me no purpose.

    that house isnt worth that money at all.. speaking from experience having that weird square wooden floor. I've had the exact same thing on my floor in my other house that I own. I had that before renovating it and making it like new. That square wooden stuff is crap.. and after I saw it in this 115mill house I laughed.. cheap stuff

    Hey the wood in your house might be cheap but that wood floor is probably 100-200 years old and restored. Most of it probably milled by hand. New stuff cheap. Old stuff expensive

    Do you realize that people pay thousands of dollars to have real paraque flooring installed. I'm pretty sure the laminate shit you pulled up was crap but this house is 100 years old...

    All said love the house but not worth $115 million not unless it came with 2 acres of river front....
