    Can anyone refer me to a good web site to buy blueprints modern luxury homes?

    None, architects don't typically give those up for cheap.

    I just wanted a site i could pick blueprints from not necessarily "cheap" blueprints...

    It really depends on what you want them for, and the agreement the architect has with the client. Some no longer own the designs once they are handed over.

    go to a magazine stand and there should be a couple of magazines that are nothing but advertising for blue prints. many of them have large footprint homes that could be finished to a "luxury" level. if nothing else it might give you some ideas of floorplan layouts that you could take to an architect.

    Or you can take the plans to a local architect and have some modifications made to fit your needs. Far cheaper than hiring a high end architect from scratch.
