Naranja isn't really the city and it does belong to the architect. I have a friend that use to work for him. This property is actually pretty far West close to the two properties Dwayne Wade and Shaq built together.

Very unique and different. I love the different approach he took with the water and walking areas extending away from home.

If I bought it I'd fill the lake with sharks.

Here are some interior shots. While it's a very interesting exercise in architecture and art, it's totally not me (and for good reason). Also getting Resident Evil 1 and 4 vibes lol.

Not In Naranja it is in the Redlands
This house is my neighbors and he is an architect that designs high rises world over many famous buildings. They took over 8 years to complete and the party he had when he finished was the cats meow. He spent over 250,000 on fireworks alone. He keeps dye in the moat and it is visible from space. Only one entrance. We live in a country setting south of Miami where most houses are on 5 acres or more with fruit groves. I was at Disney World for the year 2000 new year and the fireworks this guy had topped Disneys by about 30 minutes! We are about 20 minutes from the Homestead speedway. When he comes to town his chopper can be heard everywhere! We have some really sick houses here where giys like privacy and room. I have lived here for 40 years and we are about 30 minutes south of the beach and about the same to Brickell night life.
