I'll probably get flamed for this but, I hate that bathroom, its almost too 1980-ish. Also the kitchen is too boring for my taste. I'm sure the owner had a private chef, but I like to cook and would spend a lot of time in there. Not my taste at all! The rest of the house I like.

On the market for a decent time now, substantial overpriced. There is a whole island in Miami you can buy for less than this.

I do like the openness and amount of light entering. I wish the floor to ceiling windows dint have the cross beam near the top.

Kitchen is not updated enough for my liking. Only other thing I would add would be a big ass firepit on the beach.

This home is amazing but I completely agree with the comments above. The white and brown marble in the bathroom is really dated. I am not going to start on the kitchen.

beautiful home but needs some updates. Sounds like a good buying point to me!!

pretty cool, but I really dislike all the marble in the bathroom. You're just asking for a cracked skull...and all that blood would just make the room even uglier.

Nice house but completely overpriced. Paying $60,000,000 for that just sounds silly.
