It's funny.. I was JUST looking at this property. It's been on the market for close to 1400 days, they went from a list price of $52mill to $60mill, with no action.

So 3 years and 10 months - no takers - and they decide to raise the price? Because $52 wasn't enough. Anyone's guess of what the replacement (or construction cost) would be - but it's all location location location.
