The mansion next door that has been completed for sometime was on the market for 70 mill in change...now the article you posted says its around 55, and this one for 39...a sign of the times I see! LOL
horrible buy too for the lack of privacy and small land space...probably a billionaires second third or fourth future home..

I pass that house a lot. It is humongous when you walk past it or drive by it but the nicer houses are more by rodeo drive or inland of Beverly Hills. But still nice house!

I pass by that house a few times a week but I don't know if I'd ever like to live in a house that big. The mansion next door is beautiful however.
