    I'm helping my parents rent out their property, but I have no idea where to run potential tenants credit.

    Anyone with experience can recommend a site? Much thanks.

    Where are you posting the ads? Also ask for references or previous land lords.

    This is who we use at our family owned mgmt co. Might be a little extreme for what you're doing but it's really good, reasonably priced and fast turn around. Might see if they have a starter package or something
