    Property prices here is pretty high. AUD$16 million is my estimate.

    That place is pretty amazing. Not overly done. The selling point for me is the size and look of the shower.

    the floors compliment the house's design very well & the views are just amazing... although don't even want to consider the price... at this moment... best of luck for the sale duPont
