    The land were left as "legacy" for close friend. There are some old houses that are not lived nearby (2-3 km.). Honestly the prices are really hard to say about. As much as I know about these land things it's not incredibly expensive. It's not in some kind of "V.I.P" district and not in reservation.

    Our main point was to have a such calm place, where you can take few friends and just play basketball, hang out with no attention from anyone. So we try to avoid any unnecessary attention there :]

    I want a property like this too. The calmness of nature is unreal. (as you can tell, I was born and raised in the city)

    Very impressive, looks like an escape without a doubt! Do you get any wildlife through the yard? Any good fishing in the lake? Disappearing for 5-7 days would be easy with some good company. Thanks for sharing
