The land were left as "legacy" for close friend. There are some old houses that are not lived nearby (2-3 km.). Honestly the prices are really hard to say about. As much as I know about these land things it's not incredibly expensive. It's not in some kind of "V.I.P" district and not in reservation.

Our main point was to have a such calm place, where you can take few friends and just play basketball, hang out with no attention from anyone. So we try to avoid any unnecessary attention there :]
    Disicion time.

Just what I need! Very nice, like all of it.
"I had a list of the top 10 ways to open a beer without a bottle opener. I got to number 4 before the funeral director closed the coffin lid for good. I asked him later if I had been the first person to ever "boo" during a eulogy. He said no, but he would have preferred if I'd shown up at 3pm so that I could have attended the correct funeral."

I want a property like this too. The calmness of nature is unreal. (as you can tell, I was born and raised in the city)

For the goals you were trying to achieve when you obtained this property, it looks to me like you hit the nail on the head!

Very impressive, looks like an escape without a doubt! Do you get any wildlife through the yard? Any good fishing in the lake? Disappearing for 5-7 days would be easy with some good company. Thanks for sharing
