but if i was a the buyer of the home i figure that the cost to produce that video would also be entered into the price of the home or do the realtors make that much bank that they can afford to spend to promote that way .. and hoping when they sell the home they just deduct from the commision they will recieve .. i mean can they make that video with $15-20k or does it cost more like 100k to make that video renting chopper models and film crews n sets .

Whatever 3% of the purchase price of the house is. Not only that but look at the recognition these guys have gotten. WAY more valuable than the price it cost to make this video..
