Thread: Alpine NJ

I was visiting a friend in NJ last weekend and decided to take a drive around Alpine. . I saw a couple houses with guard shacks and body guards anyone have any clue who lives in these houses?

I took about 20 pics of houses but most didn't come out well due to trying to take them while driving lol

there are a handful very high up CEO's and a handful of celebs... then just normal wealthy people.. normal in this case is a relative term of course lol

chris rock and kate hudson have houses there

I've read that Lil Kim lives there as well, but I'm not sure how rich she is. .

By the way, I see your from Hoboken. I liked that area a lot as well, not too happy about the parking ticket I got near Pier A tho! lol

haha yea that's the price you pay to come here...if you don't have a garage or a permit you will see a ticket without a doubt...but its well worth it!

We own a Real Estate firm in the area. Alpine is considered one of the most expensive towns to live in overall for the entire country (Not sure about this year but previously it was at the top of the list!)

It is home to celebrities like Eddie Murphy, Puff Daddy, CC Sabathia and Etc....

Yeah it was tied with Greenwich CT for most expensive zip code in the US. . but I think its gone down a bit from previous years

check out realtor.com for alpine NJ, some really nice houses in that area, lots of +$10 mill houses that look amazing
The interiors arent very modern though, I noticed quite a few look like they were designed by someone that would be +40 and looking for a classic look

Sadly, I know Alpine better than I know my own neighborhood. I can tell you where all the celebrities live, addresses and all (im not a stalker, I swear. Ive seen them come and go in and out of their homes from time to time). I was actually in Wesley Snipes' old driveway over the weekend. I will do anything in my power to call Alpine home one day.
