When you think of a typical Real Estate agent/agency, what picture/image do have of them?

Have you worked with one before...also, if not...

- What do you dislike about them?
- What do you like about them?
- What do you expect from them?
- What additional service would you wish for/expect from them?
- What would make you stick with just that one agent other than cosulting several?
- What are the main critisims 4 you to go with a certain agent/agency -What appeals to you? Both as a owner, in order to market your property, but also as a seeker.
- Dispite buzz marketing/recommendation, what kind of advertisement/marketing would appeal the most to you?
