    Well it depends.
We live in a modern world and more and more people are getting "relaxed" on their business attitude. Usually many people behave totally different when at work to how they would behave privately- which is not a good thing. If you want to be successful be the way you are and dont try to act. The real estate business usually is a very frumpy business and many have a real formal and conventional picture of it. Because of that I think this is a great way to address this to the modern and open minded clientele.

With you on this one. The whole ad was just kind of cheesy and childish if you ask me. Maybe if they were selling something different, as in not something marketed towards families with children.

I also agree. Its a great video to get the real state firm noticed and create controversy. However for selling that particular home, the vid just didnt do it for me. All i could focus on was those jeans coming down.

I think especially from a business perspective it's an amazing ad. But that of course also differs what you wanted to communicate with it. I wouldn't really think of it as an ad for that specific estate, but more of getting the word out there, while still presenting one of their listed estates. And even though it might seem cheesy as far as the content goes, one shouldn't forget how well it's actually executed. Well, of course this is coming from someone who might have more of an eye for the how something is presented, but I think this makes a difference for everyone in general. They didn't hire a $20 hooker and filmed with an iPhone 4. That ad alone must've cost a shit load of money and even if not anybody might be thinking about it, I think it still worked.

All in all I think the fact that we're discussing it alone shows that it worked. How the hell would I've known of some Australian real estate agents over here in a rather small town from Germany if someone on here hadn't posted it, which only was due to it's content. And come on, I think it's well targeted. That doesn't strike to me like the typical estate a family would buy, but rather a bachelor who just made some millions and that's exactly the clientele they are attracting with it. But as I said before, I think it's more of an advertising campaign for the agency in general, rather than that specific estate.
