2.5 Acres…great size. This is no joke…in my neighborhood there are two single family homes built on just the concrete portion of your driveway from the garage door to the street. Thats two including their yard and parking. Just the area of your driveway would be over $200K here.

I believe it.. I left the city to get away from that kinda crap. I dont have any kids but I eventually want some. I grew up in the country and took for granted being able to do small things (to me) like riding the go-cart in the yard and having the dog chase us around.. In most big cities, thats means for imprisonment!
I fell in love with this place when it was first built. I had no idea that it had only been lived in for 3 months, unfinished. I got to it before anyone else could!
The back porch is all stamped, stained and sealed concrete and forms the patio for the pool area (which is filled in currently with the previous owners wifes rose garden).
