Default Liquidating House in San Clemente

For any of the real estate guys or anybody who just wants a sick house, I have a house that is currently listed for $1,070,000 that will be going to auction in a couple months. I own the 2nd TD on the house and it looks like we're going to do a Deed in Lieu which will give me the ability to sell it now.......for $925,000.

If you want details, please PM me with your email but I can't post the address at this time. It will go up for rent if does not sell.

Amazing house, unimpeded views from Mexico to Dana Point Harbor.

I am not an Realtor, just a private TD investor that doesn't want to own this property.

I will be having a party there though......

Have funded over $35,000,000 over the past four years and this is only the second that I have had go all the way to foreclosure. I'm only in SoCal and they must be desirable along the water so we've doing really well. Best investment in town these days.....12-17% and collateralize. Always a great way to diversify.
