31k Sq. Ft. in TX for Sale. Crazy Cheap Price (relatively)
88 Grand Regency Cir, The Woodlands, TX 77382 - HAR.com
This listing is biggest house in the the nicest neighborhood (Carlton Woods) of the nicest suburb of Houston (The Woodlands). I don't know the guy personally but I know of his son. His son is big in the custom truck world (using pop's money lol).
I know a few details such as the construction loan on this sucker for $30 million plus 20% down. Owner's other son owns a construction company and built the house for what I hear was a "good deal". So to price it at $18 million when he has close to $50m unfurnished is insane.
Like I said I don't know the seller, just know "of" him. I can only speculate as to why he'd sell but bottom line is this is a nutty house for a nutty price if you got deep pockets.Last edited by BogeyBoy82; 12-30-2010 at 01:31 PM.

If it were $10 mill, it would be "crazy cheap" but to me this price pretty much reflects everything that I've seen (percentage wise).

Its comparable price per foot to everything else in thay area ($600/ft). What makes it crazy is the amount of money that is in the place. Pics dont do it justice. The finishes and design are in a whole nother world. Comps. arent really "comparable".

Not so sure about the interior, but I absolutely love the exterior.

I can just imagine the property taxes on this place. I went to TCU and my house I bought while going there that was $250k had annual taxes of ~$6,500.

Way way too much. Does it include 10m in gold bullion in the basement? If so then it might be worth 18m.
