    Default Ski Dream Home

Totally blown away by this. I just wish it had more land and a bigger garage.

any place that doesn't allow snowboarding (deer valley) should have bombs dropped on it. on the other hand, that house is baller.

It would seem that way until you realize that a good chunk of the skier population HATES snowboarders clogging up the slopes (myself included). When I want to snowboard, I have plenty of options all over the place.

I ski Alta 15 times a year and it certainly isn't hurting for business (I live 20 mins from Snowbird and Alta).

There's a reason Deer Valley is voted #1 every year by skiers...

I thought Alta was the only resort left that didn't allow snowboarders. Shows what I know...

    Great house though!

^^ Agreed. I am both a skier and a snowboarder, but the lines are incompatible going down the mountain. Love Deer Valley for skiing. Love Park City for boarding.

I'm in (when I hit the lottery). Also some beautiful homes at the Canyons up White Pine Canyon Rd. that will appreciate like crazy, I think, once the Canyons is built out and takes its place as the gem it is. Golf at Glenwild, Promontory, Tuhaye and Miller Motorsports Park not that far away would make a perfect place for me.

    Doesn't hurt to dream, right?

Is this in the area of homes that overlook the St. Regis?
