    Default Golf Course Subdivision

So was scouting some real estate deals today and thought I had a worthy capture to share. Enjoy!

We have several around the area too, many are closing though, resulting in even further home price drops. Brutal real estate market in NV lol

oooo, yeah i live in pawleys island, which is just south of myrtle beach... the course closest to my house closed, and was remodeled, but is closing again... land prices fell pretty big.

we paid 189,000 for 1/4 acre in 2007, we just sold a gold course fairway lot for about 90,000...

we are afraid to get the home reappraised, we are on 3 acres, with 11,300 sq. ft. heated... i know its value is way down
