Default Need advice on getting rid of a time share.

    Hey guys,
Figured this was the most appropriate section and figured some of you might have some valid advice on this. I inherited a time share a few years back in Lake Tahoe. It made sense when I lived in Norcal, now however I am in Texas and have not gotten to use it. I know the market is not great and honestly the time share is not the best.

I have tried a few charity sites and the seem to think its not worth the hassle either. What is the best way to get rid of it without ruining my credit. The thing is completely paid off. It is just more of the annoying yearly dues and taxes I am fed up with since I am not using it.

    Any help would be great.
