very simple design that goes well with the style of houses. I like the layout and think you utilize the space well for the current video, twitter, etc. Only thing I may change is to center the full tab bar at the top, seems like it is a little far to the left. With equal spacing between tabs it just seems like there should be the same amount of space to the left of "home" and right of "contact"
