The taxes & asm are a total fail. 4k a month on only a 2500sqft unit
2350 mo asm
18k a year tax

Think I am just going to die in C411

Place is pretty pimp and priced to sell

+1, but why are the assessments so high?

Sorry if its out of line, but is the difference in price, taxes etc etc, from your current place (which is unbelivable as is!) that much from this one?

I live in a 100 year old factory that was converted to lofts in the mid 80's so my tax base is really cheap as is my assessments.

You have to be careful because all new construction is taxed about 2% of the original purchase price. Assessments are usually based on value and sqfeet.

Even with 20% down with tax, mortage and asm you are looking at 10k a month nut. Half of that not even paying to your motgage

saw that place last weekend. I stayed across the way at the Presidental Suites. Looked pretty sweet from were I was. Cool to see pics of the inside.
