some of th residential interior shots are unreal! all i'm missing is about 494832483283292304 million dollars at this point

I hate 100% flash based websites.

If the loading gates are handled properly so files load while you are actually doing other things its ok but anytime you have to sit for 30 seconds then thats when design over powers funcionalty in my opnion. In some cases yes but if you need to keep your target audience engaged then thats a No No.

SICKNESS. the residential stuff is wild. i didnt look at any of the videos but looks like they are top notch.

There was no reason for that website to be flash based either. They could have done every bit of that without having the load times or have a several million deep install base that doesn't have Flash (iPhones/iPads/computers with flash disabled like most netbooks).
They do amazing work though. Really cool stuff.
