commercial real estate question
I was just wondering if anyone had any advice/experience as to what the best way to list commercial real estate would be. Just seeing if anyone has listed any commercial properties online or could point me in the right direction. thanks again!

LoopNet - #1 in Commercial Real Estate Online or CoStar | # 1 Commercial Real Estate Information Company they are the largest and most used listing services in the biz that I know of. My buddy is a rep for Costar if you have any questions.

I would suggest you to check out loopnet.com, it provides very good commercial real estate listings. Hope this helps, thanks.

A lot of folks use Craigslist to list commercial property for sale or rent, as well as entire small businesses (restaurants, bars, car washes, etc.) for sale. Some agents will specialize or also work in commercial property.

Yes, Co-Star and Loopnet will get you leads. Try real estate forums too.

CoStar is the best. Loopnet is ok. Industrial brokers also use AIR.

As said Costar and Loopnet are solid. We use both at the firm I work for. Costar is the best for brokers and doing comps and such, however I do know we pay quite a bit to use the service so I dont know how much they charge if you just wanna list something. Loopnet is alright. After being in the business in the broker side I honestly say find a solid broker, its the fastest way your gonna get it sold for the best price, even though you pay a commission.
Wish I could help more or even come see it but we only work in Chicago currently. Good luck and props for holding onto your building. Majority of our business lately has been selling properties for banks that have foreclosed on owners, not exactly complaining having good business but sad to see so many people losing their investment."If everyone else is digging for GOLD...........sell shovels"
