    I specialize in helping my clients source solutions to their industrial requirements. On the commercial side I've completed modular offices, vertical lifts, and mezzanines (24,000 s.f.).

    I have an installer who's a contractor and pretty much handles everything except for electrical.

    With regards to green, I just completed a warehouse conversion from metal halide to high bay fluorescent.

    As far as Green/Eco Friendly developers go, Miller Custom Homes is the only one I know of. They built green homes for Homearama in 2007 and 2008.
