Thread: RENTAL HELP NEEDED West Hollywood/Beverly

OK so I finally sold my house in L.A. a few weeks ago

Now I am looking for a place to rent, private home/condo no apartment community will only use part time durring winter month's,but will consider 1 yera lease. I do not party, drink or smoke, so proper care is allways ensured. Looking to be in L.A. closer to WEHO & Beverly but would consider Los Feliz for right place.

Want to spend between $3,200 - 4,500 which I know does not get me much. I have perfect credit and reference history. I am currently traveling between Fla & London but will return to L.A for a few days on the 15th and would like to close a deal by then. Any help or leads would really be appricated

PM me when you're in town. I bought a decent sized townhouse in West Hollywood. I bought my townhouse, but do know that we have a few people renting. There's a new condo that popped up on Santa Monica, between Curson and Gardner, but noone has moved in yet. There are a bunch in the area, but I think most are still only up for purchasing. I'm looking to buy again, as I'm getting married next year. Maybe when you're in town you can come check out my place. I'm thinking of maybe renting it, since I already left a deposit on a home.
