Its also for sale if you think anybody might be interested. Some of you know that I have been looking at land in Cali for the past couple months and that I cannot wait to get the fvck out of florida.

but only to old buildings that were NOT retrofitted and nowadays everything that had been built in the last 20 yrs has had MAJOR engineering and the codes for building are getting tougher and tougher!!!!
