i have been looking into the south fla. property for over a year now and i have to say im pretty close to pulling the trigger on a home down there for vacation or some sort and just lock it up nd keep it for later on. Areas like ft. lauderdale, boca raton, and weston ahve gotten my interest. Moving down there would also be different than the quiet town of windermere dat i live in right now.

I've lived in South Florida for 10 years. I wouldn't move anywhere south of Palm Beach Co. Miami is an awesome place to visit, and a shitty place to live. A lot of my very close friends have lived in miami their entire lives and they are dying to move further north!
